Erifili Gounari is a 25 year old entrepreneur, author, writer, and public speaker.

She is the CEO and Founder of The Z Link, a global  marketing agency, consultancy, and market research firm that connects brands to Gen Z by making marketing more human and community-driven. With their team of 25 marketing strategists and creators, they have helped brands such as Deloitte, IKEA, Pepsi, Hearst, the UN, and more.

The Z Link has a market research network of over 30,000 Gen Zers around the world, as well as The Digital Native, a trusted publication deconstructing internet trends and culture.

Outside of work, Erifili co-hosts the Espresso Epilogues podcast on all-things books and philosophy, and writes the Substack publication ‘Crystal Clear’ where she shares lessons on creating a happy life. She is also a travel photographer.
